At Liion Wholesale Batteries, we stand behind the quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to shipping regulations, specific safety protocols must be followed when returning lithium-ion cells.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Safety Inspection

  Ensure all batteries are discharged to the recommended safety level and individually insulated to prevent short-circuiting during transit.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original inner packaging and use a sturdy outer box with the required UN3480 lithium battery warning labels clearly visible.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition and authenticity of the batteries, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
